Although, many times people who grind more than they clench prefer a soft guard, while clenchers prefer a hard guard. Our hard guard acts as a retainer keeping your teeth from shifting. The soft guard does not act as a retainer. We also have a Hybrid Guard that comes which is hard on the outside and soft on the inside. It comes in 2mm thickness Our hybrid night guard is dual laminate and is made from a harder outer layer and soft inner layer. It is ideal for moderate to severe grinders as it provides strong protection while still maintaining a soft inner feel.
