Step 3: Plug and whiten: Plug the mouthpiece into your phone. Place the mouthpiece and begin the whitening session. Keep the Mouthpiece in for 10-30 minutes. 

Step 4: Remove and Rinse: When Finished with the whitening session, use warm water to rinse both your mouth and the mouthpiece.
