Cheeky will only be responsible to fulfill its night guard obligations to the customer if the customer completes and mails back the impression kit within 60 days of initially receiving the kit. Any impression kit which is not completed and returned to us within the given time period will be considered a forfeited and non refundable order. We may still fulfill the order if the impression kit is sent back after the 60 day time period on a case by case basis.
