Cheeky offers three types of night guards that are completely custom to the mouth: Soft, hard and hybrid guards. All of our guards are made from FDA approved dental grade materials and are made for comfort and durability. 

An over-the-counter night guard is mass produced thermoplastic material that is one size fits all. Teeth grinders boil in hot water to soften it and bite into it to try to form it to their teeth.
