What if I need small or large impression trays
The cheeky impression kit comes with different size trays ranging from small to large so you can choose which one fits best. Most customers choose the medium size trays. Please make sure to try them all before setting the putty onto the trays.

Should I take the impressions off the tray?
No, after taking your impressions do not remove the putty from the tray. Please send the trays back to us with the set putty still spread across the tray.
How do I know if you have received my impressions?
Once your impressions are sent back to us and processed by our lab you will receive an email letting you know that we have processed your order. It may take up to 48 hours from when we receive your impressions for you to be notified.
How do I know if my impressions are good?
