We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund items must be returned using our returns link https://get-cheeky.loopreturns.com/#/. Accessory products (LED whitening kit, Floss & Sonic toothbrushes must be returned unused and in their original packaging). We will not be able to honor refunds that fall beyond the 30 day policy.
We also offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If the product is not fitting correctly or the customer would like to change arch or thickness they can do so be starting an exchange using our exchange link https://get-cheeky.loopreturns.com/#/. We do not require customers to return the old/faulty products in order to initiate an exchange. We will not be able to honor exchanges that fall beyond the 30 day policy.
