Free Returns Coverage is an optional add-on offered at checkout for $2.50 that makes your returns and exchanges completely free.

If you purchased Free Returns Coverage:
Your return shipping is on us. We'll cover the cost of the return shipping label as well as any transaction fees for any return or exchange, as long as it falls within our 30-day return policy. Simply start your return or exchange through our returns portal and your prepaid label will be provided at no cost: https://get-cheeky.loopreturns.com/#/

If you opted out of Free Returns Coverage:
You can still return or exchange your order within 30 days, but you'll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. You'll pay for the label directly through our returns portal when starting your return: https://get-cheeky.loopreturns.com/#/

A few things to note:

Free Returns Coverage applies to both returns and exchanges within our standard 30-day return policy. It does not extend the 30-day return window, and all returns must still meet our return policy requirements (for example, accessory products like the LED whitening kit, floss, and sonic toothbrushes must be returned unused and in their original packaging).
